This is a good, yet inexpensive option. If you are a casual photographer, then this will be a convenient option for your safari trip.
One setback with this camera is how it responds in low light. The camera’s settings may want to bump up the ISO when left on auto mode, which can affect the image quality. So this could affect any photos that you take during the early mornings or late afternoons.
It’s likely that you will need to play around with the manual ISO settings at 800, 1600, and 3200 if lighting becomes an issue.
The camera tends to perform well in normal sunlight.
