Singita’s South African lodges

Singita Boulders and Ebony (Sabi Sand) and Singita Lebombo and Sweni (Kruger) are quoted in South African rand. Depending on the exchange rate, they can work out a little lower than the Grumeti lodges for similar inclusions. See Singita Sabi Sand vs Singita Kruger.

How to manage the cost

  1. Go in the green season. The difference between green and peak rates is about US$1,000 per person per night at Sasakwa.
  2. Combine Singita with a beach stay. A few nights on the coast lowers the average nightly cost. See our safari and beach holidays.
  3. Mix Singita with other luxury camps. For example, 3 nights at Singita and 3 in the central Serengeti.
  4. Ask about offers. Singita sometimes runs stay-longer or seasonal offers.

Is it worth the price?

For many travellers, yes: privacy, off-road guiding, food and service are exceptional. Read our honest take in Is Singita worth it?
